Marshall in the NFL, Week 12

Weekly review of Marshall University alumni in the NFL:

1. Ahmad Bradshaw, Running Back, New York Giants

Ahmad Bradshaw sat out his forth straight game while recovering from a foot injury. The Giants lost to New Orleans 49-24.

2. C.J Spillman, Safety, San Francisco 49ers

C.J Spillman registered two special teams tackles during San Francisco’s 16-6 loss to Baltimore.

3. Chris Crocker, Safety, Cincinnati Bengals

Playing the rival Cleveland Browns, Chris Crocker recorded two tackles in a 23-20 Bengals victory.

4. Doug Legursky, Guard/Center, Pittsburgh Steelers

Doug Legursky started a left guard during Pittsburgh’s 13-9 win over Kansas City.

5. Byron Lefwich, Quarterback, Pittsburgh Steelers*

* On injured reserved, broken arm.

6. Albert McClellan, Linebacker, Baltimore Ravens

Albert McClellan played extensively in place of injured Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis, recording two tackles during Baltimore’s 16-6 win over San Francisco.

7. Lee Smith, Tight End, Buffalo Bills

After being inactive last week Lee Smith was on Buffalo’s game day roster but did not register any stats during the Bills 28-24 loss to New York (AFC).
