According to Jon Wilner of the San Jose Mercury News, details on the partnership between Conference USA and the Mountain West should be available within a month. Wilner speculates the two leagues will merge NCAA Basketball Tournament units earned in previous seasons and that additional schools could be added based on their ability to bring in TV revenue.
