Karem Canty, a 6’1, 188 pound point guard from Westwind Prep Academy (AZ) verbally committed to Marshall this weekend during an official visit. A native of New York City, Canty is rated the 18th best point guard prospect of 2012 by ESPN.com. Canty also received scholarship offers from Florida State, Virginia, and Xavier.
