Hans Louis, a 6-foot-2, 220-pound linebacker from Chaminade-Madonna College Preparatory School in Hollywood, Fla., has verbally committed to Marshall to play football.
Louis was named the Broward County defensive player of the year after this past season. His 16 sacks were tops both in Broward and Dade counties and he had three interceptions in helping the Lions reach the Class 2B state semifinals.
"He's a fast kid,'' said Chaminade-Madonna coach Tim Tyrrell. "I expect him to play right away. He's an impact-type of kid.''
