An all state selection at tight end in Georgia, Jefferson was a three star prospect according to Rivals.com. Standing in at 6-foot-5, 218 pounds, Jefferson is projected to play defensive end or outside linebacker at the collegiate level.
After failing to meet the NCAA's minimum academic eligibility requirement, Jefferson never set foot on Louisville's campus, deciding to enroll at Marshall instead. If he can get his academic house in order, Jefferson could become eligible as early as spring practice.
