Considered a forgone conclusion by many former Marshall defensive lineman Vinny Curry has been invited to February’s NFL Combine. Considered one of the top defensive ends available in this years draft, Curry recently participated in the Senior Bowl and recorded two sacks after an impressive week of practice.
As a senior Curry won Conference USA’s defensive player of the year award, tallying 72 tackles, 11 sacks, 21.5 tackles for loss, six forced fumbles, three blocked kicks and a safety.
The NFL Combine begins on February 22nd in Indianapolis Ind., the NFL Network will provide live coverage.
