In front of an all star home crowd including Huntington native and NBA hall of famer Hal Greer, Marshall took down East Carolina 78-68 Saturday night. The Herd was lead by senior point guard Damier Pitts who scored a season high 27 points.
As with every victory this season Marshall reached both parameters of the McGill Matrix, shooting above 42.5% and out rebounding ECU by one.
