Wide receiver Jamal Wilson and linebacker Quan Fletcher have left Marshall’s football team. Fletcher, who redshirted last season, was one of former head coach Mark Snyder’s premier recruits in 2008. Coming out of high school Fletcher was ranked as a three star prospect by Rivals.com.
Wilson caught 17 passes last year for a total of 128 yards and no touchdowns. Coming out of Oscar Smith High School in Chesapeake Virginia Rivals.com listed Wilson as a three star prospect. Wilson was also part of the 2008 recruiting class.
