Marshall Football: Herd to Continue Wearing '75' Helmets

Marshall University's athletic department announced the football team will continue to wear its '75' helmets for the remainder of the season.

Marshall debuted the helmets last Thursday at Tulsa, marking the 43rd anniversary of Southern Airways flight 932 which crashed short of Tri-State Airport in Kenova W.V., killing all on board including 37 members of the football team, 25 boosters, eight coaches, and the five person flight crew.
