Per the twitter account of Adam Ibrahim (http://twitter.com/#!/Ai0090) one of Marshall’s top recruiting targets of 2011, Chevelle Buie, will sign a letter of intent with East Carolina later today. Buie, a four star prospect (Rivals) out of Cocoa High School (FL) , visited Marshall last weekend and ECU on January 14th. At this time Buie is expected to be a non-qualifier at East Carolina.
