Box score from tonight's debacle at Ohio.
Few quick thoughts:
1. Was their any doubt this game was more important to Ohio?
2. I got worried about Ohio earlier this week when practice reports did not mention the same amount of focus leading up to USM. You know what they say, you play like you practice.
3. I think Marshall let the win over USM get to their head. Doc and the coaching staff won't let that happen again.
4. This loss will be part of Marshall's journey back to respectability. The Herd clearly did not know how to handle success after beating USM. Hopefully they learned that lesson.
5. When you start a true freshman quarterback he is bound to have games where he plays like a true freshman quarterback. Rakeem Cato needs to put tonight's game behind him and move on. Knowing the young man's outstanding character it should not be a problem.
