Providence College has selected Ed Cooley to lead their men’s basketball program. A Providence native, Cooley has spent the past five years as Fairfield’s head coach, posting a 92-69 record.
When former Providence coach Keno Davis was fired many speculated that Marshall’s Tom Herrion would be a candidate to replace him.
