First reported by the Chattanooga Times Free Press, University of Tennessee at Chattanooga defensive coordinator Adam Fuller is leaving the Mocs to join Doc Holliday’s staff at Marshall.
Fuller has served as UT-Chattanooga’s defensive coordinator for four seasons. In 2011 the Mocs lead the Sothern Conference in total defense (305.3 yards per game), scoring defense (19.7 points per game), and turnover margin (+9). A long time assistant Fuller has previous coaching experience at Richmond, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and Wagner College.
Although the Times Free Press did not name Fuller’s new position at Marshall, it is believed he will be the Thundering Herd’s linebackers coach.
