Citing college football industry sources, Brett McMurphy of CBS Sports reports that a tentative merger between the Mountain West and Conference USA will not happen.
According to McMurphy, both leagues will expand on their own, possibly forming an agreement to share T.V, marketing, and scheduling resources.
