Marshall Football: Warren dismissed, Ward, Wilson, and Grace to be disciplined internally

In a statement released earlier today Marshall football coach Doc Holliday announced that sophomore corner back Phillip Warren has been dismissed from the program for a violation of  team rules and policies. Warren, along with fellow MU football players Martin Ward, Stefone Grace, and Corrie Wilson were arrested early Sunday morning following an altercation with police outside of the Thirsty Whale in Huntington. You can find a detailed report of the incident here.

Warren appeared in 12 games last season starting one. In those twelve games he recorded 26 tackles and two pass breakups.
