Due to a throat injury suffered during practice last January junior forward Eladio Espinosa will no longer play for Marshall’s basketball team. Espinosa sat out the 2009 season after transferring from the University of South Florida and averaged 2.1 points per game in 10 contest last year.
Despite not playing basketball Espinosa will be eligible for scholarship assistance if he stays at Marshall.
