Per an article from the Richmond Times Dispatch, former Virginia Tech commitment Chris Hall will be part of Marshall's 2012 recruiting class. Hall accepted a scholarship to VT last year but, he did not qualify academically and headed to Fork Union Military Academy for a post-graduate year.
As a senior at Virginia's Dinwiddie high school Hall played quarterback, throwing for 2,068 yards and 18 touchdowns with 11 interceptions. A dual threat, Hall also rushed for 1,056 yards and 11 TD's.
Weighing in at 6'5, 230 lbs, Hall lined up at tight end for Fork Union this season, he is expected to play the same position in college.
