Marshall added another Georgia prospect to its 2014 recruiting class when Alex Cason committed to the Thundering Herd this weekend.
A wide receiver Cason stands 6-foot-2, 182 pounds. According to Rivals the Valdosta High School product has been timed at 4.52 seconds in the 40-yard dash.
Besides Marshall, Cason had many other scholarship offers including UNC Charlotte, Cincinnati, South Alabama, and Western Kentucky.
