A new feature on the Thundering Blog, we are reviewing the weekly performances of Marshall's verbal commitments and anointing one football recruit our "Commitment of the Week".
Keion Davis is expected to play wide receiver at Marshall but for the time being he is the primary ball carrier at Langston Hughes High School (GA).
Against Wheeler Friday night, Davis rushed for 226 yards on 22 carries and two touchdowns. Behind his impressive outing, Langston Hughes defeated Wheeler 37-28. After rushing for over ten yards per carry on Friday, Davis is our "Commitment of the Week".
