8 Man Football in West Virginia?

This is not totally Marshall related but the Charleston Daily Mail ran an interesting story about the prospect of small West Virginia High Schools (under 150 students available to play varsity sports) playing 8 man football. Former Marshall football coach Bob Pruett is heavily referenced and quoted in the story as a advocate of the 8 man game.
