Collegefootballnews.com has a great preview section for this upcoming football season in C-USA. One of the better features is a column by Richard Cirminiello, he list three big questions each C-USA program must answer in 2011. This is what he had to say about Marshall:
1. Marshall Who’ll be under center on opening day, A.J. Graham or Eddie Sullivan? Neither sophomore was able to put this debate to rest in the spring, a concern for a program that’s gone too many years without a consistent hurler.
2. Can Tron Martinez –or any other Herd back—ignite a ground game that ranked 114th nationally a year ago? While Martinez held the lead following spring drills, he’ll need to fend off a deep collection of competitors, including former Florida commit Travon Van.
