Marshall stands to gain a baseball stadium and research and development facility from the project. A new track, soccer field, and indoor practice facility could also be included. Huntington would add a 110-room hotel and conference center, 20,000 square feet of retail space, a law enforcement training center, transportation training facility, and extended-stay housing.
