Cortez Carter, ATH, Liberty HS (VA)

Carter had a huge game during Liberty’s 28 – 6 win over Loudoun County. On offense Carter rushed for 51 yards on 9 carries with two touchdowns. On defense Carter intercepted a pass while Loudoun County was on Liberty’s one yard line. Blake Frohnapfel, QB, Colonial Forge HS (VA)

Frohnapfel threw for 110 yards on 7 completions (10 attempts) and 2 touchdowns during Colonial Forge’s 54 – 33 win over Massaponax. Known primarily as a pocket passer Frohnapfel also rushed 9 times for 112 yards and another 3 TD’s during the win. Luther Maddy, DT, Atlantic HS (FL)

Tommy Shuler, WR, Miami Central (FL)

Anthony Spano, OL, Gulf Coast (FL)
