A Huntington grand jury has indicted Marshall basketball
player Elijah Pittman on a misdemeanor battery charge.
The indictment stems from a October 2012 incident where
Pittman got into a physical confrontation with another Marshall student, Mazen
Younis.
Huntington Police Detective Rob Stinnett told
WSAZ.com that Younis suffered a concussion, broken nose, and facial
fractures during the altercation.
