Hassan Whiteside back with Sacramento Kings

After a short stint in the NBA Developmental League former Marshall star Hassan Whiteside has returned to the Sacramento Kings. With the Reno Big Horns Whiteside played 14 games, averaging 10.5 minutes, 4.4 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 2.1 blocks per game. Whiteside received extensive playing time on December 11th against the Rio Grande Valley Vipers where he registered 12 points, 8 blocks, and 7 rebounds in 29 minutes of play. In Whiteside’s other 13 games with Reno he did not receive more than 15 minutes of floor time.
