BCS illegal?

Sally Jenkins of the Washington Post wrote a incredible article today about BCS injustice. The story does a great job going through the haves (BCS Conferences) and the have not’s (non BCS Conferences) of college football. Lets not forget a certain Marshall team in 1999 was denied inclusion into the BCS after a perfect regular season.
