Lead by Elijah Pittman’s 29 points, Marshall dismantled NAIA
member Rio Grande in the Cam Henderson Center yesterday evening, defeating the
RedStorm 119-77. Seven members of the Thundering Herd scored in double digits
including walk-on Austin Loop who recorded the first 11 points of his collegiate
career.
Marshall heads to Morehead State on Sunday for its first
road test of the season, tip-off has been set for 2 p.m.
